DMCA / Copyright Overview

Overview of Copyright

At Amateurnar, safeguarding authors' intellectual property is a priority, and we anticipate that our community shares these values. Our Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Copyright Policy provide the procedures for managing copyright violation claims in compliance with relevant laws.

Intellectual Property

All materials, including text, images, branding, and other content shown on the Amateurnar platform, are the property of Amateurnar or used with necessary permissions. Unapproved reproduction, alteration, or dissemination of these materials is forbidden. We retain all rights not explicitly given.

Reporting Infringement

Should you suspect your copyrighted material has been duplicated or misused, please notify us immediately with a comprehensive report. Include details regarding the work, its location on our platform, your contact details, and a sworn declaration that you believe the use is unauthorized.

Response to Notices

Amateurnar examines all legitimate DMCA notices and will act according to established protocols, which might include removing or restricting access to infringing content. We may also inform the alleged violator, providing them an opportunity to issue a counter-notification if justified.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you assert that your content was mistakenly removed and does not breach copyrights, you may file a counter-notification. This should detail the removed content, a sworn statement regarding the error, and your agreement to the jurisdiction of your domicile. Once validated, Amateurnar may reinstate the content.

Limitation of Liability

Amateurnar denies responsibility for copyright infringements caused by third parties who share or upload content via external platforms. Although we make significant efforts to eliminate infringing content upon receiving proper notice, we cannot ensure exhaustive oversight of all contributions.

Effective Date

This Copyright and DMCA Policy was most recently updated in February 2025 and is active until revised.
